So I've become a vassal of the Sturgians, I hold a city and two castles, all taken by yours truly alone, and I'm seriously sick of Raganvad being a total wimp and running off to Varcheg any time a war breaks out. I fight on the frontlines, I use my own body as bait for archers, and most importantly, I WIN. I have executed half of the Western Empire and the Battanians, and yet EVERY SINGLE TIME Raganvad runs off with 800+ men to go party and give Rolan half of fucking everything, yet I am the one who does all the work to conquer. Everybody wants feasts back and so do I but let's think bigger. Hunts: it was quite common for lords to go on hunting trips with eachother for diplomacy and relation gain. We should be able to do that in game. Think of it like a mini game where you hunt for deer and whoever gets the most wins a small bit of influence and relation with the clan they went with Funerals: Ever had someone you considered a friend of your character? Maybe you always joined their armies because they always made good choices, maybe you married their daughter? One day you're wondering why you don't see them anymore, you check their name and find them in black and white. We should have funerals. Think of it like a cutscene and a little ceremony to pay your respect. You'd gain a little relation with the clan. Noble Tournaments: very rare, hosted once a season or maybe even twice a year. I feel like ale should give a morale boost it just makes since. All throughout history you can learn about how much soldiers love ale hell even in modern day soldiers regularly drink up entire bars yet in the game it doesn't give any morale at all. So Bannerlord has a massive map like Warband but it feels incomplete. Like if civilization has existed and continues to expand why does the south, east, and west feel like it has empty land. (The river to the south, the plains to the east, and the isles to the west.) Hi, all! Currently about 28 years into this playthrough. I've built a large clan, been elected king of the Vlandians, accrued 9 million Denars, and conquered about 2/3 of the map. However, in the act of doing so, I've killed a good 75% of all of the nobility in the game. Murdered em all. With my character getting on in age, he's gonna have unfinished business for his children to handle. But I fear in the coming years my noble clans will abandon me for the remnants of my rivals, and my inheritance will disintegrate. Most of them have already either defected or died in battle, so I've been forced to give the vast majority of my fiefs to a select 4 clans. I failed to court a potential wife and I am now locked out of ever attempting again, according to what I've found online. Now, this got me thinking though, is there a way to modify her character info in some way to change it as if I never courted her without reloading a save? Modifying a txt file would be the easiest option of course, but I know a bit about coding and may be able to figure out how to decompile a dll file instead. I am trying to play viking conquest but the game will sometimes crash when leaving an area saying there was a harsh vector failure and then a number which I will try to get next time it crashes. The crashing alone isn't too bad but after I start the game again all of the village elders who I got permission to get troops from had forgot about me and try to make me pay them again. Relation with the village the village lords never change so it has to be connected to the crashing as that is the only thing that changed. -Construction Units -Weapon breaking and resupplying -Make battles last longer in game time and allied and enemy reinforcements come in if close enough even if it's unexpected -In battle morale -Troops have extremely low percentage chance(0 .5%) to disobey orders. You assign squad leaders that get randomly generated personalities and you can't for sure predict what they'll do or if they'll follow your orders. I am loving this game, but it totally bums me out when someone with an arrow in their shoulder is throwing rocks at me with that arm, or drawing a bow at all. Or when someone has an arrow sticking out of their eye socket, but is somehow totally still in the fight. I don't mind myself, my companions, and enemy characters having that kind of resilience. I'll go first In all my playthroughs I've never been at war with the Khuzaits as I've been playing as Vlandia and Battania mostly. Long story short Khuzaits declared war on us and I gathered an army and moved into their territory, I am Vlandia. Our armies met in the field, I had 1400 men they had 800. It was my most costliest battle ever.... I always just steamroll enemies with armies bigger than 800. So for the first time in a while I was "scared" I would lose and be caputered and killed. They literally killed/wounded 1100 of my army but we defeated them, and both our armies had majority high tier troops, my weapons were even less effective against them, they didn't do as much damage. (Warband) So I broke off from King Ragnar when i captured Yruma Castle and he didn’t give it to me. I lost it almost immediately but I retained Ismirala Castle, Tehlrog Castle, and Curin Castle all 3 the surrounding castles around Sargoth. I broke off because I realized the Nords where getting to powerful for me to beat him in later game. I also retained Veluca and the villages surrounding it but no castles in old Rhodok territory. I border the Nords to the North, (Uxxhal being the closest nord town), and the Rhodoks to the South at Jelkala, I have 54 RTR, almost 300k denars, 6 vassals, no wife. Currently at peace with everyone and under a 35 day Truce with the Nords. Who should I befriend the Nords or Rhodoks? How? Where should I expand to create more security? As I mentioned the game freezes on me every single session. It starts with what looks like the graphics having a glitch or a hiccup and then eventually it will just freeze my whole system. Nothing moves and the only way to break it up is for my computer to restart after 15min or I just manually restart it myself. Is it the game, is it my system, is it my settings, im at a loss here. I have a ryzen 5600 and 32 gigs of ram, all.of the files are debugged and I've reinstalled the game twice and started new saves. My game get extremely laggy during seige battle when my troop start climbing the ladder, the lag got so bad that i had to close the game or i got stuck. I'm still figuring out all you can do in the game. But it seems like you have to completely change your playstyle every so often because you hit a wall, or just do somethingrealy easy for 100 hours. So, it's a long and sort of irrelevant story but I got bored of grinding and modded the shit out of the game and am now playing as the leader of "the hundred," myself plus 99 companions, no recruiting. It's kinda fun, honestly, but since I got RBM and open source armory, and everyone starts out with level 1 skills, the cavalry detachment SUCKS. They're slower than every other rider unit I've encountered, and they waste the whole battle trying to chase down the four or five enemy horsemen and, well, not accomplishing anything while everyone else gets wrecked. I just want these motherfuckers to come with me to trample the enemy archers but haven't been able to make them do it once. I even had them follow me to 30 feet between the enemy Archer line and told them to charge, and they fucking peeled off and, you guessed it, tried to chase the enemy cavalry who, naturally, were doing to my archers what I was trying to do to theirs. I'll go first: Archery and Bows are overrated as hell. The only thing they have over crossbows is rate of fire, which isn't as important as you might think. Crossbows are generally more ammo-efficient in terms of damage. The Power Draw and Strength investments required for bows to even come close to matching the power of a crossbow is too restrictive. I'm not asking for something the quality of Mass Effect or anything (though that would be nice), but every time, I go for Corein (doughter of Battania's leader), and I don't know if it's unique to specific characters, like her, but she always states that she doesn't find my character attractive. As much of a confidence booster as that is, I'd like a mod that doesn't make it feel like I'm trying to convince her that marrying me isn't as horrible as it sounds. I've fought this battle multiple times and always gotten the same result. ​ I am raiding an enemy village, the enemy leader arrives to stop me, I defeat them in battle, only to be dropped to a nonfunctional "You have encountered (party)" screen with three options, "Capture the enemy" "Try to get away" and "Surrender" ​ "Capture" and "Surrender" are nonfunctional. Trying to get away is the only thing that works and it causes me to lose troops and supplies and all loot after the battle. ​ I've tried multiple iterations of this battle, including cancelling the raid in order to attack them first, only to get the same issue. ​ ​ I am using these major campaign mods: Calradia at War, Calradia Factions Enhanced, Huaxia, Tetsojin, Looters Plus, Improved Garrisons, Realistic Battle Module, True Battle Loot, Allegiance Overhaul, Separatism, My Little Warband, ​ ​ ​ https://preview.redd.it/tynoou9le8t81.png?widt

Recently I’ve been using mods like better garrison (you can transports troops) but I found I started getting into debt fast the more I conquered the map, I’d manage the garrisons but still. Then all of a sudden the game gets mad and everyone wants to fight me, fine….so I employed loads of characters and gave fiefs away but there still weak characters and I can’t employ lords, especially prisoners as I can’t talk to them! I’m on epic and they don’t care about updating to 1.7.2 there. So better garrisons I reduced the wage impact and boom I can enjoy the game instead of playing a smithing simulator! You forget how many hours of your life your say wasting funding an army based on smithing, imagine saying to your troops, don’t worry lads we can pay you, just let me make some 2 handed swords! 😃 I then decided to totally unlock all weapons and smithing limits as again was losing real life hours, it’s a game end of the day! I’ve seen videos of people using this mod and after leveling their soldier up, they are presented with a page that lets them selected their desired upgrade. I’ve gotten the message that I have been promoted however I haven’t gotten the page to choose an upgrade. Does anyone know where I’m am supposed to go to select it? I swore to Battania but now I want to declare independence and make my own kingdom. I have 2 castles and a town atm. Annoyingly, they never give me any of the new settlements I conquer for them (which is part of why I want out). However, while I can declare independence and make peace, I find myself with a super tiny kingdom and a max field army of 300 men if I combine my and my bro's forces (I could maybe make another party or two, but my manpower is still greatly limited. I feel like, if I try to attack my neighbors and claim more lands I'll get steamrolled. Basically, I'm wondering how to bridge that gap between having a tiny 3-settlement kingdom, and having enough armies to plausibly fight the bigger factions? Thanks! Hey all, does troop experience in Bannerlord work the same as in Warband? Specifically, in Warband having multiple units of the same type increased the speed at which they all gained experience, so the best tactic was to wait until ALL of them were ready to rank up, then do them all at once. After trying out a bit of trading, joined the Western Empire, wandered around as a vassal for a bit before realizing I was 28. I filtered out to all the marriageable candidates and met Eornyx in army. We have 1 kid and 1 castle right now. As soon as I got married all my relation with my husband dropped and its sitting at -2. Now he won't give me a second kid. My older brother and his wife don't have a kid either, my sister got married off to another clan and my younger brother is still a bebe. i downloaded a mod called butrloader (just search it up) and when i removed the files from the mod, the game stopped launching and each time i press on it the game cant even open up. i've tried re-installing and verifying the files, removing temporary files on run but all is futile and each time it keeps on shutting off p.s anyone know how to turn off poise in ai battle module?
