Max Kingdom Clan Limit

I can’t seem to get any more than 21 clans in my kingdom(including me). I just get hit with the “I’m happy with my current liege” every time. Is 21 the limit? submitted by /u/Appropriate_Coach_19 [link] [comments]

A Democratic Game of Prophesy of Pendor

Democratic Prophesy of Pendor (AKA DemoPoP) is a community in which a game of Prophesy of Pendor is played DEMOCRATICALLY ! (I know it doesn't make much sense, just bear with me here). In DemoPoP, people can (eventually, once the constitution is finished) set up political parties, make proposals, laws, amendments, and run in elections for the Ministry. The game hasn't officially started yet; We're still working on the constitution (which is here ). While you're there, you might want to check out our subreddit and our Discord Server , which is where we make plans for our constitution. Hopefully this won't get deleted by the mods, since it has to do with a Mount&Blade mod. Submitted June 30, 2017 at 03:48PM by addemup9001 http://ift.tt/2usJEDP

AI focus on me?

Its been 20 days and i have my own village. the mod is 1257AD but for some reason, vassal after vassal, army after army they keep on focusing on me while ignoring all other villages. Is there a way to turn this off because in 1 week ingame i had to fight of 5 armies by running away and going to nearest allied army to fight it. http://ift.tt/2tsS8xR As u can see the village is pretty far. Swadian Cuisine

Well, I actually tried putting unsalted butter on everything I ate for about a week, and I have to say that I think the Swadians (or rather Harlaus) are on to something here. Shit's cash—butter went well with everything I ate. Who would have thought? -Coffee and butter -Spaghetti and butter -Toast and butter (a given, really) -Earl Grey tea and butter -Chocolate-chip cookies and butter -Shrimp salad and butter -Vanilla ice cream and butter -Pastrami toast-sandwich and butter -Cheese pizza and butter -Buttered popcorn with extra butter (another given) -PB & J and butter -Oreos and butter -Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and butter And that's about all I can remember eating really. Mind, I had some dishes for more than one meal, e.g. I had pizza for dinner and breakfast and lunch the next day. Submitted June 30, 2017 at 11:14AM by Ave_Domine_Deus http://ift.tt/2t98tVJ

[1257AD] Friendly archers refuse to shoot during sieges

Here's the thing, I join an army as a foot soldier (The Freelancer mod) and whenever we're attacking a castle, all the archers and crossbowman for some reason refuse to fire their weapons (while enemies pepper us with javelins and arrows just fine) and a big group of our attacking army is then stupidly killed. I found out somewhere that apparently during sieges they all get a "Hold Fire" command automatically and it's fixable if I tell them to "Fire At Will". However, that doesn't work when I am just an ordinary recruited footman, since commands are not working in that case (believe me, I tried) I have tried literally like 3 different versions of 1257AD and they all have this problem. The official 1.13 Angry Peasant edition The 1.13 repolished version on the TaleWorlds forum The modded version from the 4chan pastebin (that adds stuff like overstabbing, upstab etc.) Any idea how to force the friendly archers to shoot during sieges? Rhodok Veteran reporting in

What the fuck did you just say about me, you impudent whelp? I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in Veluca, and I've been involved in numerous castle sieges on the Kingdom of Swadia, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in siege warfare and I'm the top crossbowman in the entire Rhodok army. You are nothing to me but just another opportunity to increase my crossbow proficiency. I will wipe you the fuck out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before in Calradia, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with saying that shit to me over courier? I am contacting my network of castle lookouts across Calradia and your recent tracks are being traced right now so you better prepare for the glaivestorm, whelp. Last Breath of Calradian Empire - Bandit King

Quick question: I'm trying to find a mod that actually has a pretty good bandit RP experience. The Last Breath of Calradian Empire mod page says something about playing as a Bandit King. Before I spend hours digging into it, I was hoping someone could let me know if the bandit elements were actually well thought out? Thanks. Is Diplomacy still the best choice for strict vanilla improvements?

I was looking at the contents of the Floris pack and is just incredible how many thing the pack adds to the game, i will eventually give it a chance but for now i still have a long way to go and by all the research i've done, Diplomacy seems to be the one mod that really improves the native game without going too far(?) Problem is that as far as i can tell, the last version of that mod (4.3) was released back in 2012... Is still a viable choice or are there "modern" equivalents? Thanks!! Just goofed up diplomacy

So basically I'm a vassal for the kingdom of the Nords on diplomacy. Every time King Ragnar tries to not give me a fief I request, I leave, taking all.my lands with me, only to go rejoin him again a few days later, where I can keep the land he refused me. So now my staff members were being weird because of it. They still treated me as a king. So I fired all of them. My question here is how do I get back my staff? [Story Time] "The Fall of Swadia's Pride".

As a long time player of Warband and lurker of this subreddit I decided to finally post! So I was feeling creative and wanted to start writing again so I decided to make a short story revolving around my in-game character Edward Cliffwood who is a Swadian vassal and married to Lady Tidal. I am not sure if this is allowed or not, but I felt like posting it and please give me your feed back or even suggestions how to improve my story telling. The story starts now: He wakes up groggily and tries to survey the field. All he sees are his close comrades, lads from villages that he had hired to form a mercenary band, being slaughtered. He was in pain his head was throbbing, his sides were ringing in pain and his chest now bore a hole thanks to a crossbow bolt. He finally stood up and looked around to his left he saw Garvin. Garvin was the first lad he hired from the village of Azgad. Garvin was his closest friend and grew from a village recruit to a Swadian Knight. He was proud of Garvin, b

Looking for an old clan I was a member of.

Played together with this Clan called Iron Legion on their Cracked Mount and Blade Warband server (I know pirating games is bad have bought all my games since then) back in 2010-2011 and even joined them. Tried to look them up recently because of some really good memories I have of that group of people and that clan. Sadly the clan broke up and the website (ironlegion.de) is deactiveated and the most recent activity that I could find about them is from 2015 or on a forum where registrating is no longer possible: http://ift.tt/2sqjhgg . If anyone has contact with any of these people I would love to get in contact with them again. The members I'd love to be in contact with again are Susliks/Latvian Knight, Tiberius X and Sergi. Bannerlord at E3 2017 - Feedback

Greetings warriors of Calradia! Some time has passed since we visited this year’s E3 expo, which has given us the chance to process our thoughts and reflect on our experience. We thought it would be a positive step to share this with you in the form of a new blog which you can read on our website – http://ift.tt/2spKn7o We hoped to have this out sooner for you all to enjoy, however we recently celebrated Eid al-Fitr here in Turkey which slowed the process down a little. The purpose of this thread is to gather your feedback regarding what we had to show at E3 2017 and how you feel we communicated the event to you. We are particularly interested in your thoughts on the two new battle videos we shared and the new features we announced. For those of you that missed the announcement or videos, you can check them out on our website – http://ift.tt/2rblBI4 We might not be able to respond directly to everything that is posted, however we can assure you that we will read every comment and

Bannerlord Sergeant Gameplay

In the E3 gameplay videos we see some cav sergeant gameplay - have taleworlds gone into this system any further? Can we have our own infantry 'squads' if we're infantry sergeants (I noticed in the first E3 video infantry groups marched in seperate formations, identified by flags)? Do we enlist as privates/footmen and work our way up the chain of command? Can we manage our own divisions or squads? I use the enlisted soldier system on one of my Floris characters alot and wondering how this pans out. Having my own unit of dudes I can command whilst not being in charge of the entire battle excites me. Apologies if this should be posted in the E3 thread or if it's been asked before. Tournament Payout?

Right. Maybe this is a dumb question, maybe not, I've only posted here once before so I don't know the kinds of reactions I'm going to get. For this character, I plan on being king of the land, after a long, long time. This means no raiding villages, releasing lords, etc., which means very little money. I've also been going with Swadia(who owns half the map now), and have mostly Men at Arms and Swadian Knights. Recently my character was married, and I was told to pay 16 thousand(HOLY SHIT?!?) and so I did, got married, and realized that I had to pay salary for my troops, which since then has gone up to about 4k. I usually make my money through Tournaments, since I've already invested 20k into two dyeworks, and that only gets me 800 a week, and the enemy goes out of their way to go deep into enemy territory, ignoring all other unraided villages, just to raid mine. I'm still paying 3 thousand denars, and the tournaments are now acting weird. For some reason, the

New to Warband, hooked, and have burning questions

Can't submit a new thread on desktop mode for mobile. I started out randomly having saw the recommendation on r/askreddit , enjoying the random fights and stuff (I won my first tournament yesterday). Questions: Does preferences matter for a faction? Saw a post that had nords and swadia recommendations. I don't really wanna pledge allegiance that early, but are there benefits/cons? Currently still low level (7) and roaming around Vaegirs. What do you get for completing the starting quest? Another one with no deadline? Read a bit on wiki and started to regret buying pork and chicken, since I currently enjoy travelling solo. Is it worth buying more than 1 horse for solo travelling? What are good to train on (defeated Looters thus far)? Should I train up a crew asap or what? Have too many questions and really appreciate the tips! Mods for "Pre-Battle Preparation"? Plus, a couple more questions. [New Player]

Since i'm a very passionate Total War player a friend of mine said that i had to give this game a chance (I had never heard of it before) So! I have spent a good amount of hours into the game with 3 reseted characters and i wanted to make some questions to decide what to do next: As i said, i'm a big fan of the Total War series, but do not worry, i will not compare both games after the next point Background: One of the first annoyances and negative experiences that i had with the game was the battles, i highly dislike the fact that both my units and the enemy instantly and brainlessly charges at each other with no consideration whatsoever! I know about commands and how to use them, but i'm talking about pre-battle preparations, things like who's charging first IF charging at all, who's attacking-who's defending, etc I don't think it should be as complex as Total War's system but it would be nice to have a small couple of options, even if the AI woul

I've always played on normal, as I do with all games (at least on a first play-through) but I've noticed some play on easy/easiest. What do you play on? Hi, I'm a really noob player and was wondering how I can increase my army size. I searched and it said it had to do with renown, so I grinded from 200 to 316 renown but the company didn't increase. Peace through any means?

Im playing the ACOK mod and joined the westerlands. As anyone would tell you, there are just too many factions at war with us. I know diplomacy is locked, but was wondering if there was some console command, or setting in the ini files I could alter that would allow me to force peace agreements, or place factions at war with one another. Created my own faction but my right to rule is low. What to do?

So, I started a new game of Mount & Blade: Warband with Floris modpack. After fighting under King Harlaus for a few months, I decided to rebel after not being given a castle that I took. My renown is close to 1000 and I'm in a good financial situation and have a pretty elite army that would win almost any siege so I haven't had any problems defending my little kingdom so far. My problem is that my right to rule is only around 30 and I haven't had any people visit my court yet that I could recruit. Where do I go from here? I read that you could send your companions out to spread the word and gather support but I haven't been able to find out how. Other than that I guess I can just hope that the other kingdoms will eventually make peace with me or just play the rest of the game in a constant war with everyone else. Cannot Create Character in 1860's Old America

Hey guys, I'm not sure why I'm having this problem. I'm approaching 1000 hours in Warband itself and have played this mod many times. I built a new PC recently and downloaded the mod, put it all in the correct folders and launched it up only to find that on the character creation screen (the stats) I cannot click "Done" as the Weapon Proficiencies are not upgradeable. Here is a low quality picture of my problem. Here is the mod file from where I downloaded. Here is the closest thing to helping I can find. I've disabled windows firewall and relaunched the game and still had the same problem. I've also deleted and reinstalled the mod twice and the problem continues to persist. If anyone has any ideas as to what may be causing the problem or how to fix, let me know. Thanks, Jeff Submitted June 26, 2017 at 01:57PM by 2_F_Jeff http://ift.tt/2tc8Voh

A quick question about courting a lady

Hey, I tried searching for more information about the maidens and courting, but the information is apparently very limited. I understand the different personalities and all that, but there are a few finer things that I couldn't figure out, so I hope you'll be able to help me with this. I am currently trying to marry a maiden with a combative/tomboyish personality, Lady Sonadel, daughter of Count Grainwad. I have a good relationship with the Count, so he mentioned his daughter himself, meaning I am allowed to court her. However, while I can already visit her privately, I still have to profess ma admiration, so the entire courting thing really can get started. But when I do so, I lose two relation points with her, probably because of her personality type? At first, at relation 0, she was very cold to me and said something along the lines of "if you will excuse me"... after dedicating a tournament victory to her, I gained 4 relation and now she's a bit more friend

The Churning of War - Calradic Campaign #18

The delicate balance of Calradia is in peril. Recent political turmoil in the Kingdom of Nords over the constant change of leadership, inability to conquer new lands, and loss of their colony has spilled into diplomacy. A revolution is far from fantasy at this point, as the villages begin forming their own militias. All the while legendary warriors arriving from Jumne, rallying the people even more. The generals of the Nordic army know they must strike, and strike true, as they have one last chance to avoid another civil war. They have just the perfect target in mind: Praven. Though the old city is heavily fortified, the Nords believe they will be able to triumph. The villages surrounding Praven have been sacked, any caravans to the city have been pillaged, and any patrols sent out have gone missing. Harlaus would most likely have not noticed this chaos, as he was coincidentally feasting inside Praven. Fortunately for the Nordic army, their bait worked, as after the Swadian king

E3, Taleworlds, feedback, and you

Hey everyone! You've all been keen to share your thoughts and feelings on the way Taleworlds is (or isn't) releasing information about Bannerlord these past days, and that's good. I've seen well thought out posts , and... more instinctive ones . We've been filtering the worst of it out of the subreddit, as there's a point where the shit outweighs the post in the shitpost, but mostly we've let you guys unleash your fury. Moving forward, however: As some of you may have heard over the past few days, Taleworlds hired a new Community Manager, Callum ( /u/callum_taleworlds ). He'll be working alongside Frank (aka /u/captainlust , the old CM) to improve communication with the players. In response to the (deserved) reaction to Taleworlds' E3 presentation, Callum has agreed to join a feedback thread some time after E3 . This means that at some point in the next week (maybe two), we'll host a thread where we expect constructive feedback and/or critical

One hour in, maximum rage.

I looked for a Summer Sale megathread, but there's no official sequestration for us completely unskilled new players. I slowly went through the tutorial and learned the basics of the controls...except for what conditions you have to fill to get off the horse. How do I reliably get off a horse? Then I started the campaign. You start off in a dead end alley armed with a crossbow and a shield but no weapon. It took five tries to punch this motherfucker to death. I get him, but he smashes my shield. I try to pick up his weapon, and my guy puts his crossbow on the ground, then his bolts, then picks up the shield and puts down the mace I just tried to pick up. Before I can figure out how to loot, the fucking merchant shows up and makes me leave everything on the ground. How do you pick up items without dropping your equipment? This is supposed to be an awesome game, but it is all frustration and design choices I cannot fathom so far and I'm not two minutes into actual gameplay!

General Sayazn Thread

I have been trying Sayazn for a little bit, I haven't played much in it, mostly doing my Brytenwalda run. But I figured that since it seems to be a lesser known mod, I should open a thread about it to discuss it with those who do/have play/ed it. http://ift.tt/2plkTYI tl;dr, it's a fictional setting, which has a tech level comparable to the Ancien Regime going into the Napoleonic Era, and in fact units advance, although I'm not sure exactly how as I've not gotten that far. The castles are extremely hard to raid as they've got that star-shaped build that was built to maximize the defenders' capabilities. Arena fights are borked, so don't try to do it, you'll spawn in the wall and the game will freeze. Units are all unique and interesting. Edit: It's going to get a huge update within a week's time, according to the maker of the mod! http://ift.tt/2sQlBPH Submitted June 25, 2017 at 09:34AM by FSMhelpusall http://ift.tt/2s5Hn4J

AWOIAF 1.3 - War of The Five Kings is Over, what to do now? Also how to do Lands of Always Winter?

It's been only 200 days and The Westerlands have been annihilated by a combination of the North, The Riverlands, and The Stormlands. Renly sits on the iron throne and peace becomes the realm. I fought for Lord Paramount Edmure Tully as an enlisted man all the way from Peasant to Knight, and then retired from his service and became a wandering Hedge Knight, riding from town to town to win tourneys and do favors for powerful lords, and hunt bandits for cash. I was offered vassalization from Renly, which I accepted, and I am now the Lord of Blackwater. The fief is prosperous but not enough to cover troop expenses (125 men + food). With no wars, it seems like the only thing I can do is fight in tourneys and win to get that sweet reward money. Other than that, I am quite a relatively impoverished lord. What can I do to either get some wars going to get that money flowing or is there a way to make money in peacetime? I wanna go do that quest to renovate an old Valyrian stronghold b

How do you make your playthru interesting?

We have mods i know, but any roleplays/self induce rules you want to share? Some rules that im using. 1. Perma death - when you are captured you are dead 'dead'. If you are confident you can even say knock out is dead(or have a 5 knock outs - dead, or toss a coin/role a dice dead). Not having a perma death option seems unrealistic for a heavy roleplay game thru. Only recruit on villages with + relation with you. And or only recruit on your own villages. I know you can recruit with 0 relation, my point is to stop you from having OPed army(made of the best cavalry, infantry, range units) while your AI's army have farmers. Either one, after I hit it will disapear for a second then Steam freezes and after a bit of time it crashes. Any fixes? Submitted June 24, 2017 at 05:09PM by kidmania01 http://ift.tt/2sOrgW4

Another dumb question

My understand is you can only send out a compainion once per Character, And if you send someone they don't like.. you can't send them later. What happens if you send person A, they come back then send person B that person a Dislikes does that Cause anything major negitive? or just a moral hit on them? Good mods to Freelance in?

I've taken to having a secondary playthrough just to freelance, allowing me to continue to play a bit of Warband in situations where I can't give it my full attention. Gekokujo has been my go-to for this because of how incredibly battle happy it is, but I think it's time for a change. Any suggestions? How does Lord economy work? Can they afford infinite troops in their garrison/ army?

I put 300 super-elite high upkeep soldiers in a Castle my Vassal owns, he only has 1 village so just wondering if this guy is going to be starved economically as a result. I gave him a full stack but just concerned about his ability to resupply. It seems in general that the AI Lords can support more troops than their lands would suggest. What's the best Game of thrones mod?

I'm looking to start a Game of thrones themed play through but due to the large amounts of GoT themed mods I don't know what mod would be the best. I've heard of A World of Ice and Fire and A Clash of Kings , if somebody could tell me which of these two are the best or even suggest another alternative i'd be very appreciative . [Perisno] Illica Falki Quest Line - Killed Gunnarr with the help of a noble

So I started trying the Illica Falki quest and got quite far. Nodah wanted me to kill a popular Illica Falki-Killer who was near Voldeburgh at that moment. I found him and right then he engaged another nobles army of the Reich des Drachen. I then rushed to help the nobles army and we defeated Gunnarr. Sadly, Nodah didn't accept this as a succeed and I couldn't get the reward for this quest. Now Gunnarr is gone and I'm not able to kill him on my own. Is there a way to respawn him? Like the cheat menu or something like that I appreciate every helpp Submitted June 24, 2017 at 10:50AM by sv3rre http://ift.tt/2s36nJJ

Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord - Polish review/interview (Translated)

Here is the Original link: http://ift.tt/2s29MbY I'd also like to point out that the date on their website is set as 2017. Translation: Talking with the boss of the TaleWords company which is well known from their Mount and Blade series. He mentioned a story which repeats itself which is that many fans approach him and say "Look listen when is this game coming out because you know i started playing this game (Warband) when i began Studying, now i work and have a wife and two kids and I'm stilling waiting for Mount and Blade 2 Bannerlord" - We are waiting too, right? *HORSE NOISE" On the E3, TaleWorlds was still not ready to show the full experience of the Mount and Blade 2, the sandbox campaign with the dynamic system where units move on the map and complete their own set of goals and quests. They focused on the combat part of the game, but i think it was a good decision because we were now able to actually play the game, it wasn't only a presentation, w

warband audio crackling issue

i have searched google for solutions to the problem but none of them have solved the issue. Things i have tried: Changing rendering from dx9 to dx7 Updating drivers Removing the headset usb and inserting it in to a different port changing winmm=1 to 0 in rgl_config ( this keeps changing back to 1 so this could solve the issue if it stopped reverting). Reinstalling Verifying Integrity of game files Also this is the only game that has this problem. Submitted June 23, 2017 at 11:37PM by Immortal127 http://ift.tt/2tEPan8

I'm interested in picking up Fire and Sword because the guns kind of interest me, is it worth it?

I mostly want the same sort of experience as base Warband, but just with some pistols and muskets and stuff. I'm not hugely into the historical setting and what-not, I mostly just want to try using the guns and stuff. Would you say its worth picking up, or should I give it a pass? Are there better Warband mods for having firearms be added? Submitted June 23, 2017 at 02:14PM by MrManicMarty http://ift.tt/2s4POIE

M&B vs M&B Warband

So first things first, I'm new here and there probably is a post on this somewhere in thw depths of Reddit, but why not ask an already answered question for the hundredth time? How should I deal with the Marshall's requests?

Hello, I am currently playing Mount & Blade: Warband, and am really annoyed with the Marshall and his quests, they are awful and inconsistent. I'd like to know, what kind of disadvantages I'd be dealing with, were I to ignore him. For example, if he calls for me for a campaign and I don't meet him, will I fail the quest and anger some of my companions? And would that reduce and loss of relation with the Marshall? I don't really mind following him tough, the tasks he gives me then are the real issue. If I follow the Marshall, and he asks for me (to give me one of those little quest, like scouting), can I simply ignore that, don't talk to him and keep following him, until he besieges a city and the quest "Follow the Marshall" succeeds? Thanks for your help. Submitted June 23, 2017 at 10:19AM by Urnoev http://ift.tt/2t2HUVb

Gekokujo Combat AI

I decided to give Gekokujo a try today and the first thing I noticed is that the AI in battle seems significantly more intelligent than native or really anything else I've played. I joined up as a Samurai for my local lord to make some cash and get some combat experience before raising my own merry band and in the first battle my jaw dropped at what these AI were doing. We were slightly outnumbered so our Lord pulled us back up onto a hill, placed his archers forward and spread them out with spears behind. The archers picked off the enemy as the charged up the hill and when they were about 50 meters out, the archers ran back and the spearmen moved forward. Not a charge mind you, they literally swapped spots with the archers. They held position until the last second and charged into the enemy line. Now, I was wounded so I fell in battle from an arrow while defending my Lord from a spearman trying his best to unhorse him so I had a pretty good view of the flanking party the ene

Where to spend money

I got my own kingdom at that moment, with 5-6 towns and many more castles. I personally own only 1 town(as a court). I also have productive enterprise in every town. So, my weekly revenue is about 10-15k depends on how many units in the garrison and how many currently with me in the party. I have in my hands like 120-140k, top equipment that merchants have, and all my 8 companions have the same. So, is that a moment in the game when money become useless? Wedding issue

So, I got my own Kingdom, I have like 10ish Lords, 5-6 Towns and many more castles. I found a girl, I want to settle down. I got blessing from her father, I got agreement from her. I got the grill I thought. Her father even got my money, and he said that he will hold the feast, but all that he is doing, is sitting in the castle and doing nothing. It is been like 200 days since. I want my grill. Is that guy just a scum? Or he wants a town, so he can hold a very good party for fellas? (Mod: Warband, Scum: Lord Meltor, Grill: Lade Gaeaeaeaeaeta) TL:DR Lord doesn't hold a feast, so I cannot marry a lady for 200 days in my own kingdom. Messed up camera rotation speed

So I was playing some TLD last night, going about my business, when my cat decided to jump up onto the keyboard. After dying because of it, in the middle of a fight, I noticed that the rotation speed of the camera is now painfully slow. Like a full drag across my mouse mat barely turns the camera 30 degrees. I have tried googling, and pressing all the buttons I can. I've even tried re-installing the game but it seems bent on saving my settings regardless. Is there any way at all to completely reset the camera? It's not just like this in battle. The over world map camera is also just as slow (when right click dragging) Submitted June 21, 2017 at 11:51PM by Not_F1zzzy90908 http://ift.tt/2sWUQvM

Warwolf: Deciphered! (Version 0.0.1)

Warwolf: Deciphered! *Now 50% more coherent! * Warwolf: Deciphered is a submod pet project of mine to expand upon the dialogue found within the mod Warwolf, and make the mod more accessible. I plan to correct as much of the text within the mod as possible to make the mod more easily understood by native English speakers, while giving the story a more alive, genuine feel to it. The mod originally created by Feodorgera is incredibly ambitious, though some people find it too difficult to get introduced to due to the broken English found in the base mod. TL;DR: I'm fixing the grammar and spelling, while adding a few tips so that people know what they're doing. BACK UP YOUR WARWOLF'S MODULE'S FILES BEFORE REPLACING ANYTHING. THERE ARE SOME MINOR BUGS THAT WILL BE LISTED BELOW. Features: An overhauled main story quest, grammatically corrected and expanded upon. (60% complete, will be finished for version 0.0.2) Additional tips to assist the player as the main quest

How do I enjoy native even more?

I've got 28 hours in the game and I'm feeling a little bad. I've restarted my character several times and yesterday I thought I had made the perfect story but becoming a mercenary and capturing friendly people didn't feel right. Tomorrow I'd like to try again. My goal is to remain completely neutral as I honestly see all factions have good rulers and fun lords. I'll spend my time killing bandits and doing quests but I'm hoping it won't become tedious. If the game had more personality to the characters then I'd probably swear my allegiance to one of them early on but all the kings are nice to me. How can I enjoy being an independent, heroic adventurer if the only thing I can do is kill bandits, grind and do the same quests over and over? I need a goal or challenge but not a restriction or difficulty increase. Sorry if this doesn't make sense. I've just felt bad as I want to play the game but I also don't want to play it as I know I

[Bannerlord] How many others are concerned about the social/political/intrigue elements of Bannerlord?

I mean, they've shown us the combat and even demo-ed it in this year's E3 (which I think is great, since feedback will come in mass if needed), but how much do we really know about the roleplaying aspects of the game? Let's be honest, they've shown us very little other than taverns, streets, and alleys. But what does that say? Nothing. We know there'll be board games so maybe you can play with some lord all while plotting to move up the ladder, so to speak, in your faction, together. But what else? I'm really concerned that they've prioritised combat elements (which isn't bad in itself - quite the opposite in fact) and have neglected everything else outside of it. I wanna be able to make truly effective political marriages that would end wars during negotiations, or even have my vassal (if I'm a monarch) take a bride of the enemy faction for peace's sake and have the vassal react in varying ways dependent on his personality.I want to undermine

Veterans of M&B - How do you keep yourself entertained after mastering the game?

I've gotten to the point where I know the perfect army composition to destroy everyone in the field and in sieges, and I am unstoppable in combat mounted or dismounted - having mastered the combat system. I tried busting out a new game yesterday after a couple months break from my last conquest and I actually got bored pretty early on.. It just feels like the challenge is gone and I've done everything there is to do. I know a lot of you have 500-1k hours played, I'm just curious how you still keep it entertaining after all this time. Submitted June 21, 2017 at 12:15PM by Dildozer1000 http://ift.tt/2tOLQ86

Anyone else skip the vassal stage entirely?

Perhaps it is something about, for some reason, actions taken by your liege raising your right to rule that really sit wrong with me, and maybe it's laziness, but in the last few times I played the game I skipped the vassal stage entirely, going directly from becoming a business mogul with a business in every city and having sent every companion to speak for me (I send them IMMEDIATELY after recruiting them so they don't have time to find out that a person they don't like has gone and refuse to do so themselves), to gathering an army and charging in. In Brytenwalda I used a Lair to house my troops, in Gekokujo I took over an Ainu Village (in Hokkaido, the northernmost island) for that purpose, in some others I did a surgical strike on a weak fief from a faction already in multiple wars. [ACoK] 4.0 Bowmen Comparison: Freelancers are God tier

TL:DR: Freelancer Longbows are the most cost-efficient bowmen in the game, beating all non-special bows at a fraction of the cost. Of the special bowmen, Nightswatch Longbows may be better, however each variant has a perk (armour for Karhold, movespeed, cost & recruitability, and damage/speed for Raventree). Raventree Archers have the highest dismounted runspeed of any troop in the game, so with the 'Avoid Melee' special command from Tactics they will be able to avoid melee confrontation with all dismounted infantry. As a brief pre-cursor, Vale Crossbowmen are considered to be top tier for ranged, with extremely high armour and good melee fighting capacity mixed with a heavy crossbow and high weapon skill, at a low cost of $36. However, Crossbowmen do not benefit from the Power Draw buff and have an attack speed of generally half so will never compete with Bows for ranged killing power. The idea behind Crossbowmen is that they are heavily armoured and have a decent melee

Weird situation

I've played mount and blade for hours and hours on the PC and I ended up using cheats all the time, but I've just started playing it again on Xbox one and I don't know what to do. I'm level 23, 700 renown, 63 honour and 99 right to rule, my party size is 105 and I hold 1 kingdom, 2 castles and some villages. I've never been at this stage before and I'm wondering am I missing something? I'm pretty much a noob at this level and there's no explanations on what to do after this point. My last 1,200 hours have been on Warband Multiplayer and I still get my ass handed to me by the more experienced guys. I just love the sense of progression in your skill every few hundred hours. I never got that same feeling from single player, Although I do enjoy single player from time to time I just don't get the same feeling. Hello, I'm part of the team currently reviving the cRPG mod for Warband, and I'd like to ask you some things, as well as answer some questions if you have any))

Hello! I'm Uther, in cRPG on forums I'm Uthyr Pendraeg and in game, my name is Stromgarde_Uthyr_Pendraeg. I'm head of the admins and part of my job is managing the community, while people with actual skills work on making the mod work. I'm making this post mostly in order to announce that what was once dead is now once again alive, for how long? We don't know, hopefully longer than we imagine! Some of you may have heard of it, some of you maybe played it and hated it/the community/the badmins/whatever, well, things are changing. cRPG is a multiplayer mod for Warband, with servers for EU, NA, China (current highest population!). Our selling point is having persistent characters; large quantity of items from different cultures and eras; an interesting clan system, complete with bank for your clan monies, armory for item sharing between clanmates and all that jazz, and an ability to upgrade your items with heirloom points, which you could claim whenever you reache
