Khergit horse archer army, bugged or I need some tactics?

Hello, I'm trying Khergits for my new run and horse archers seem to be pretty good, vet horse archers are well armored and much cheaper than knights or mamluks and they are pretty good with bows, lances and swords. But what bothers me is most of them stick with their melee weapons and forget about their bows (although they are pretty good in melee, I would still have them skirmish for a while). Is there a way to make them use their bows and switch to melee later? Tried to make them follow me but still most of them don't shoot and its too clumsy.

Got any tactics? Or is it just their bad AI?

Reinstalled the game recently and have been getting the error message above. I'm able to launch the game but once I click on "new game" it crashes and shows error. Old Realms mod crash

Hi everyone I've been trying to get the Old Realms mod to work the last couple of hours. I changed my bannerlord patch to match mod (1.6.2). Everytime I try to boot it up, it reaches the "Old Realms" loading screen for a couple of seconds, then crashes..
