What to do?

Hello everyone! I hope you wont get angry about my skill in english.. So i would like some diffrent opinions on what should i do. I have something around 500hours in M&B, in other words im a noob. Have around 400 in game days in this save. Around 1500renown. Playing Floris Evolved. Im a vassal of Vaegris, which is totally wiped, we dont have anh towns or castles, but we are still somehow not eliminated. Kherjit and Nords hate us and me personally. And now im not sure what to do.. Kinda lost. There is not enough ma power for us to get back into the game with my Vaegris, yet starting my own kingdom would mean i would end the same as my fellow Vaegris did. Joining other factions is a bit troublesome, since almoust every village was raided by me atleast once, except for Sultans, which i do not like so im avoiding them as much as i can. Map is divided pretty much in 3 factions. Lots of Nords and Swadians, a lil less Sultans, 3 castles of Rhodos and 2 castles of Kherjits. Would love to hear what would be your first actions when you load the save tommorow? Thank you for your time :)
