How do I help my clans make money?

So my this is my first run of the game and in my current game state all of the Empire factions have been just about wiped out. The Vlandians are the strongest, with the Khuzaits, Battanians, and Aserai right behind them. The only other weaker faction left is Sturgia, who has been getting eaten bit by bit by vlandia all game. Now, I pay absurd tribute to the four strongest clans so they don’t just crush my borders (most of my fiefs are in the middle of the map, it was the only choice I had). I’ve learned now that my clans couldn’t do anything meaningful because they’ve been in debt. The clan with the most fiefs in my kingdom is nearly 4 million in debt, a number which I can’t even fathom what to do about. I managed to get another clan out of debt, but they’re sinking back in it because I can’t stipend them constantly. A third clan of mine joined the kingdom recently and was free of debt but is now also falling into it. All of these mentioned clans have holdings that are basically all c...

I feel like there's a ton of skills in the game that just don't matter until its "too late"

The issue I have with some skills in this game is that there's a significant amount of abilities in the game that are cool on the surface, but they don't actually become useful till they're much higher level. After you've invested a ton of hours into the game already. Roguery, Charm, Engineering, and even trade. It's like "Here, do these 4 actions thousands of times to get that one trait that can actually impact the game. But you've already been playing for 100 hours so it doesn't really have that big of an impact". Like I decided to try to do a roguery build. There's sooo many abilities in the late tree that would be useful right now. But i know that if I keep grinding it, my character will be at a point in terms of his other skills, clan level, etc that it wont have nearly as large of an impact. Maybe it's just me, but I always end up speeding up some major skills leveling so I can actually build a character around them. Instead of that weird situation where you level something up and by the time its high enough, you've already got a large army and castles.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it. Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. (This mod includes source btw) https://www.nexusmods.com/mbwarband/mods/6243/?tab=description Also, I am hoping to support it in the future, i.e through content updates and bug fixes. I hope everyone likes it!! :D Submitted August 11, 2018 at 09:48PM by amazing_lily https://ift.tt/2KMd9rK
