Greatest civil war ever

The kingdom of the Nords had almost wiped out swadia, and after I took most of the castles, I didn’t get anything. I had to fight a smaller civil war just to keep suno for myself. But due to the fact that Ragnar hated me and that I could get anything I wanted if I supported Lethwin, i decided to give the kingdom of the Nords over to its rightful ruler. Help with mods please

So I've only got a few running atm butterlib, customisable leveling rate but the game is running very slowly I'll make a full list when im home tomorrow.

I've got a nvidia 1060 6gb, 8gb system ram, Intel Core i7-8750H 2.2GHz.

So im a bit confused as to why the game is being slow and jerky on the map, in battle the games fine I have bodies and rag dolls turned to 0 as sod that lol, battle size is.... 400

I've used my built in nvidia suite thing to optimise the game so again im confused as to why so many jerky jumpy frames on the map.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
