[Nova Aetas] I've got a few questions

I've googled but didn't found all answers.

I'm on my first playthrough using Steam version hopefully it's latest...

For reference I'm at day 48. (Was at 50 but my ship bugged out had to use previous save)

  1. There are multiple islands in the new world. Is each island set with an already set resource (ei. Nova will always give cotton) or is every time you start a game they get random resources. IF they are set, which island gives which resource?

  2. I'm currently working my way up with $$. Managed to get a nice 30,000 florins raiding new world... aaannnd I bought the most expensive residence and realize income in shit and probably enterprise is better. For money, which would be best to invest in? As far as I know, there's Colonies, Enterprises and Residence(nope). Are there more options? I assume Colonies are late game, Enterprises middle game and residences for your overflowing cash? The latter don't seem that good.

  3. What rank can I ask to become a vassal? note: I have low renown. I'm a middle class (Bourgeoisie 900-1200)

  4. Can I become vassal of Mithradian/Aztecs/ Turghun Horde?

  5. If I build my own castle, will I automatically become independent King? I wouldn't mind being a one man show but I'd like to go step by step and go from peasant to Emperor.

  6. When do the old world start conquering the new? I've been basically trying to rush my colony, stocking it up with resources and building it(haven't built anything yet, just stocking) hoping to get an upper hand before all the competition arrive and try to steal my colonies.

  7. Only these nations gain technology: Swadia, Rhodoks, Nordic Union, Sarranids, Khanate. Correct?

Following previous I have seen that you're able to restore Caldaric Empire (I intend to). Once restore the Caldaric Empire your troop trees will be Legionnaires, Centurions, Equites, and javelinmen (insert word). (also, no archers??)

Will the Caldaric Empire group be able to upgrade technology or they're bound to get outdated?

Reinstalled the game recently and have been getting the error message above. I'm able to launch the game but once I click on "new game" it crashes and shows error. I have some mods download and have checked to make sure they're updated to the current version. I've also made sure to unblock all dll files. Old Realms mod crash

Hi everyone I've been trying to get the Old Realms mod to work the last couple of hours. I changed my bannerlord patch to match mod (1.6.2). Everytime I try to boot it up, it reaches the "Old Realms" loading screen for a couple of seconds, then crashes..
