Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Items such as weapons and armor become replaced with other random things when moving native save to Diplomacy

I tried moving my save file from Native to Diplomacy, but what ended up happening was that all the items including that of myself and my companions became random things. So I somehow ended upriding a Lordly Surcoat, wielding a Lordly Horse in one hand. Is there any way to fix this? I'm rather attached to the character I have in Native and I want to experience Diplomacy with it.
