The 6 fief requirement has been removed, only being a King or Queen, that holds land is required to have these options, and of course if you manage to take a monarch prisoner. If you are a monarch with land, you see the 1st picture, if you are a monarch but holds no lands, you'll see the 2nd picture, if you are not a monarch, you'll see the 3rd picture. And the last picture is the options menu. A few months ago, I found myself making edits and applying tweaks to Prophesy of Pendor from its fandom page, and it turned into what I would consider a decent submod. I plan to share all the changes very soon.
