Hey folks! Question about War Sails.

I’m still a new player at Mount & Blade. My friend has the PS+ catalogue so I gave Warband a shot and liked it, I’ll be sure to play it on PC! I’m interested in buying War Sails. help with diplomacy

so im playing with diplomacy and i formed the swadian rebels with Lady Isolla. Well I got tired of a multifront war as other people delcared war on me so I ditched her. How do I ask other factions for peace if at all i can please and thank you
