I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? Since the abdication of King Harlaus and his ascension, Renaud had moved his court to the old seat of Swadian power as a gesture of continuinty, legitimacy and stability – but as he wandered through the streets, he saw the signs of Swadia’s faltering power. Market stalls and Merchant’s carts once heavy with delicate silks, exotic spices and princely dyes were left abandoned. A gust of wind howled through the abandoned tenements, and the grave silence gave way to the yearning of rotting wood and cold hearths.

In Meta Terms
Welcome to the 43rd Calradic Campaign! This event will see the Swadians and Nords clash for control over Old Vlandia!
If the Nords win in the field, they will have a chance at reclaiming Chalbek castle. If the Swadians win the field, they will lay siege to Jelbegi castle.
/u/RookishKnight will lead the Swadians, and /u/Smug_Alpaca will lead the Nords. A marshal will be appointed if any cannot attend.
The event will start with a ceremonial duel between the faction leaders. Then, a best-of-7 field battle to determine who will attack in the siege. The siege will be best-of-3.
To join the event, just join the server! There are no sign-ups required, and while it is recommended to join voice chat for bants and vague tactics, it isn't required.
