Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. ACOK rant

What the actual fuck is this shit mod? Full plate armor are paper too peasants. Because of their blunt clubs 2 peasants can stun lock you. While elite troops cant even penetrate your armor and rarely do damage to you. Skirmishers with throwing weapons? Lets make them op, they'll 1 hit you while wearing the best armor in game with 99 body armor. Oh did I mention that you STUMBLE every now and then in battle? Even if you're just standing still you STUMBLE AND FALL. Random event that forces you to give money, if you dont give money you lose honor. If you choose a wrong choice in a random event you can even lose stats PERMANENTLY. Archers penetrate plate armor. Like 30+ damage per hit. Imagine archers raining down on you. This is the worst mod ive ever played. Thanks for reading.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
