Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Is it just me or do characters of Norse culture seem really short?

Even when I select tall as my height, he seems short compared to every one I meet. Is this supposed to be representative of the fact the Norse probably had terrible diets compared to the saxons? I just want to be tall for once.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
