What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? They keep coming with 1100 troop armies and I keep destroying them, shouldn’t the...

Lord Personalities are not equally distributed in a faction

4 types: Honorable (subtypes: Good-Natured and Upstanding) Martial Circumstantial (Cunning and Self-Righteous/Pitiless) Dishonorable (Bad-Tempered/Quarrelsome and Debauched/Sadistic).

Most people and the wiki say they're distributed 5-5-5-5. They're not.

My game, Swadian lords: 8 dishonorable, 2 circumstantial, 5 martial, 3 honorable (2 unknown yet).

If these 2 are honorable or martial, turns out it is a 10-10 distribution, with honorable and martial lords in one group, and circumstantial and dishonorable in group 2. I really felt something was off in my game until I realized there were 8 dishonorables instead of just 5.

Also, subtypes are completely random. Of 8 dishonorables, 7 were 'better wolf than lamb' types, only 1 was the 'they're all bastrds' type (Haringoth obviously, he is like that every game).

I also felt this difference, since these 7 guys never sieged a castle in their life, while Haringoth was killing, pillaging and conquering left and right and was even a Marshall at one point. It seens the subtypes (eg. Quarellsome and Debauched) mean a big difference in terms of combat (agressive vs passive AI).

If you guys have some corrections or some new stuff to add, feel free, I find the personality system pretty interesting and would love to complete my knowledge about it.

Prophecy of Pendor - Early Game Guide

I love PoP and think it's the best thing since Sliced Person, but the early game is bloody brutal, especially if you're used to kicking ass and taking names in M&B vanilla. So I wanted to write an early game guide to share my experience and hopefully help someone else get into the mod without as much agony as I (and many others) experienced. Character Creation - Questions When you start character creation, the game hits you with a bunch of background story questions. My advice is to answer these however you like, building the backstory for your character that interests you and helps get you into the story. However , these questions have serious impacts on the game, most critically whether you can create Knights of the Griffon chapters with just money, and something called the Rumor Interval which sounds irrelevant but is the most important thing ever . For a deep read on the subject see the wiki https://pop3.fandom.com/wiki/Character_Creation Or for a quick "Just...

TaleWorlds Forums

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that? It was a useless topic to discuss, but I kept coming back because I was so hyped about the game and was hoping for more information about it.
