Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. BannerKing expansion not working

BannerKing expansion not working

I'm trying to add bannerking culture expanded but it's not working. I downloaded it on nexusmod then tried to unblock it but it remain undetected by unblockDDL 1.4. Anyone know what to do ?
