In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Two nations struggle to maintain their very foundations.
To the north, the Kingdom of Swadia is weighed down by paralyzed leadership and wavering morale. /u/KingHarlausOfficial truly wants the best for his country, but a string of poor decisions alongside isolation from the public has led to a nation robbed of it's homelands. As the Dukes bicker amongst themselves and the king directly, discontent spreads among the people as the heroes of their nation seemingly sit on their hands.
The Rhodokian Republic does not fare much better, however. Harlot has chosen the wants of his people over the advice of his counts, severing all remaining ties with the Vaegir Empire. Isolating the strongest potential ally left on the continent, many in the Rhodok leadership are left scratching their heads under this populism-infused decision.
As both leaders attempt to maintain their grasp on their nations, the two have looked outwards to rally their kingdoms. Frequent skirmishes on the Swazi-Rhodokian border have spilled into open conflict after a battle on the Lyenn river left 23 Rhodok men dead.
King Harlot has chosen to strike first, crossing the Lyenn and surrounding Haringoth Castle. King Harlaus has already mobilized his men, and blood is sure to be spilled when the two sides collide.
In Meta Terms
Welcome to the 37th Calradic Campaign! This event will see the Swadians fighting the Rhodoks for right to rule.
If the Swadians break the Rhodok encirclement of Haringoth, they will head to Maras and Culmarr castle. Should the Rhodoks send the Swadian army running back, they will quickly attempt to crush Haringoth Castle, taking Vyincourd along with it. (This will be reflected on the campaign map)
/u/Perjunkie will be leading the Rhodoks, and /u/KingHarlausOfficial will be leading the Swadians. A marshal will be appointed if either cannot attend.
The event will be a best of 5 battle map followed by a best of 3 siege.
To join the event, just join the server! There are no sign-ups required, and while it is recommended to join voice chat for bants and vague tactics, it isn't required.

Becoming Involved in the Calradic Campaign
The Calradic Campaign team is always looking for new additions, whether it be scene makers, technical wizards, writers, or anything else of use.
Particularly, we are always looking for mapping talent. Don't be constrained by our regular format either, get creative - a new deathmatch map so we don’t have to use arena for 200 people, a new dueling map, a really innovative use of an underused game mode, anything!
