Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How to go to war with claimants you helped put in power?

Not mechanically. Just, like... ethically!?

I'm helping Ursula take back the north in PoP and I realize that if Pendor is to rise again, I'm... I'm gonna have to go to war with her.

HOW?

How do I assuage my conscience over this? I dunno if I can bring myself to eventually wardec Falcon Mom.
