Can AI factions give away fiefs to others?

Super weird, in this stage of the game where Vlandia owned a lot of Sturgias cities like Varcheg, Omor, and Epricrotea from the Northern Empire. Well something super weird just happened, all three of those cities just swapped to Sturgia. No siege, still at war it's extremely confusing. Is this a glitch or can cities just flip like that? help a noob out with mods floris evolved/modding. if you can answer any of my question i would appreciate it.

so i have a couple of question if you can answer any of them i would really appreciate it.

i am very new to manually modding.

  1. I have wse working and installed and floris extended from moddb (intaller) and i'm still getting error msgs on the bottom left of screen. do i just turn them off?
  2. when i run off Floris evolved EXE. it says i have a trail version of the game and wants me to type in my code which doesn't work so i have to play from mount and blade WSE and then run floris evolved.
  3. vortex from nexus doesn't seem to work with war band at all? i just download mod and enable It and nothing happens? mod doesn't work even if it says it is enabled.
  4. are there instruction on how to upgrade graphics with the reshade 1.3? cant seem to find specific instructions?
  5. where exactly do I paste the patch hotfix 1.11? Do i replace the forlers or di i add the contents of the partch to the existion folders? if so location please?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. How do I get into the major leagues?

How do I get out of being classified as a minor faction? I’m constantly at war, usually fighting two wars at once with my immediate neighbors, and I’m starting to suspect it’s because the game still considers me a minor faction. I’m nearly clan rank 6, with three vassals and basically a good chunk of the Sturgian lands, plus Epicoratoa, and now I’m starting to push into Battanian lands, so I have no idea how I’m still “minor”.
