i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. Just found Mount and Blade Warband...

... completely by random last week, by watching the Sovietwomble's Bullshittery video on it. Got interested, downloaded the demo from Steam, and yesterday I bought the full game. I am considering getting With Fire and Sword as well.

The viking DLC likely won't run on my mediocre laptop, and I'm sort on the edge on getting the Napoleonic Wars DLC - I'm not that bigly into multiplayer, and I'm not sure if it brings anything new to single player.
