Mods that still allow cultures of settlements to change?

TaleWorlds broke all the mods that change culture for settlements. I've been staring at the original settlement culture changer mod's crash logs for hours, to no avail. I don't know why, but I found the "Blee!" sound in Napoleonic Wars funny for some reason.

It just sounds funny to me. I know it might be a legitimiate Russian word for "Fire!", but still. Does anyone else feels the same?

If anyone is wondering how to do it:

Press F3-F2 as a Russian troop in any Napoleonic Wars server. First time, it might not be "Blee!", but it guaranteed it gonna be "Blee!" second time.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
