Any way to assign only certain troop types to a formation?

Hi new player here, question in the title. Let's say I only want my Swordsmen in Formation 1, is there a way to do this with any granularity? I know there's the small icons which allow you to set "preferred types", but is there any way to do it with a bit of precision? Or a mod which allows this? Thanks in advance. Clan leader offering the wrong person for marriage

I'm wondering if there's a way around this, I want to marry Mitela of dey Cortain (Vlandia) but whenever I talk to the leader of clan dey Cortain he offers one of his other children who is older and worse. I want to marry Mitela because she's young and has good positive traits, and I can change her skills how I please, but I can't figure out how to take her hand in marriage instead of her older sisters.

Anyone know what I could do?
