Napoleonic Warfare Items only is gone?

I'm starting to lose hope

Guys when is Bannerlord going to be released? I heard stories about Taleworlds being in financial trouble and that the trouble might be the reason its taking so long. I'm worried that Taleworlds might go under before releasing Bannerlord.
