I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? I've been playing Warband on my Xbox for some time now, and I just "won." There are no other factions. My kingdom owns everything.
It feels weird. What do I do now? Nothing is happening. Life just goes on. There was a screen that said my kingdom was the sole kingdom left, and I was now the ruler of all the lands, but it goes on.
Am I missing something? The Xbox version has plenty of issues, so maybe it's a glitch? Or is that just what happens when you win?
Regardless, this game is easily one of the best games I've ever played in my entire life. I've sunk so many hours into and had so much fun.
Even if there is nothing after this point, I'll take a break, start a new profile, and try to win with a different strategy.
I'll definitely need a break though.
Big thanks to the developers. Literally one of the greatest games of all time. So much frustration, so much joy. I can't say enough how good of a time I've had playing this, and will probably continue to have.
