Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. hey fellas. once i catch a king in battle what can i do with him? once I caught king Graveth but nobody offered anything to get him during the entire war, so when the war ended he just yeeted off of my prisoner list magicallu. can I do anything with kings/lords other than ransom? pic unrelated
