Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Mods recommendations?

I have about 250hours on the game, all in native, floris and a bit in clash of kings.

Floris evolved crashed on me too many times to be playable and the new factions in new dawn seem to be too much for the map.

Any recommendations?
