Companions build

Hi, firstly I want to ask if u guys having this problem I enjoy the hunting bandit and doing quests in the early stage (2-3 first years) so after a while of playing, towns and villagers rarely pop out any quest for me (currently 1.4.5) Now to my main wonder, how do you guys build captain companions, I have a mod which let me using companions to train in arena with full xp gain so no problem of training their combat skills. Small lore inconsistency that keep bothering me...

From talking to Borcha and Baheshtur we learn that the Khergits originally came from the eastern steppes and took over Vaegir towns, which they then settled. This is all fine and well, but then, why are Khergit towns, castles, and villages using standalone map icons and scenes, whereas the Vaegir ones use the same ones as the Swadians and Rhodoks? Even on the best of days, east-European towns and casltes didn't\ don't look like west-European towns and castles, and given the fact that the Swadians+Rhodoks have a different ancestry from the Vaegirs, their towns should be different too. In fact, if we agree that Vaegirs are based on Kievan Rus, or the Grand Duchy of Moscow, or any of the east-Slavic duchies (or even Moldavia and Wallachia), they should actually have wood-based towns and castles alongside stone-based ones, especially in the easternmost territories. After all, TW did go through with making standalone scenes for Nordic, Khergit, and Sarranid settlements, why not go the whole way? And yes, I know that it's a small detail, and that the devs didn't care enough to actually fix this because of reasons A to Z, but still.
