crossbowmen too good?

since i got accepted into the beta yesterday, i of course, played a lot of it, mostly in captain mode. however i noticed that crossbowmen seem to work a thousand times better than everything else. they were able to decimate armies from across the map, or point blank, regardless of it being a line of archers or a cavalry charge, all with little to no casualties. (seriously, in the span of two rounds i had 60 kills with 2 deaths, and did the same thing the next match) perhaps they need a nerf? i was thinking an even slower firing speed, and maybe less range

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. How do I get into the major leagues?

How do I get out of being classified as a minor faction? I’m constantly at war, usually fighting two wars at once with my immediate neighbors, and I’m starting to suspect it’s because the game still considers me a minor faction. I’m nearly clan rank 6, with three vassals and basically a good chunk of the Sturgian lands, plus Epicoratoa, and now I’m starting to push into Battanian lands, so I have no idea how I’m still “minor”.
