Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. New PC owner should I play this game vanilla the first playthrough?

Just like the caption asks I know this is a popular game for mods. The samurai themed ones as well as game of thrones version are the main reason I’m drawn to play this game on PC opposed to ps5
