I have been testing quite a bit Naute vs Legionaries as I want to make a Infantry playthrough with Empire only units and I noticed Legionaries are just ass now. Naute even with worse armor just outperform and that even in battles where they are outnumbered and/or fight mixed armies against t5/t4 with archers and cav. So I come to the point where I'm a vassal of Denmark and want to start making my own faction, what's the best thing to do? Like If I attack I'll get war declarations from everyone and I don't know how to balance like my army in a castle and the army that comes with me so I can defend myself, when should I make my company members part of my kingdom as vassals, can someone explain how I can branch off to make my own kingdom and start taking over?
