I know its kinda cringe but ive always wanted to write a roleplay for my characters. After many k hours of gametimes this is the one that started it all... Or maybe is a mixture of all the characters Ive played.
I still remember... My first character: Joas.
Born in an impoverished and dying noble house, ready to conquer the world after losing his father. Fought his first days in the arena, afraid and not even being able to block a hit. Getting knocked out and knocked out. But he didnt give up, he learned the way of the sword and started to help the townsfolk. Getting rid of bandits and being a small hero of the people. He tasted defeat often, getting captured and losing valuables every now and then.
Foolishly and bravely he met a claimant. Lady Isolda of Suno. Moved by her story he raised his sword for her and swore his allegiance. He swore to give her the throne but "oh Joas! what a naive and fool kid!"... The rebellion was crushed at every attempt and Joas wasnt able to keep that sacred promise to her queen. Swallowing his ego and with teary eyes he apologized to Isolda for failing her and left the camp at dawn.
He rode towards the mountains into the rhodokian lands. He needed peace and time to think. Time to recover and rise again. Never again would Joas face defeat! Drinking away the rebellion in a tavern in Jelkala he met Firentis. A lost soul who had killed his own flesh. Wanting to help redeem himself Joas offered him to join his adventures with the premise to protect the innocent. While listening to this noble cause a calm voice spoke "I'll join your cause too." The monk revealed his face. "I'm Jeremus, sir, an experieced physician and will heal your troops". Joas' new friends got along very well and rode to the countryside where their adventure would begin...
. . . 3 Years have passed and the king now stares through his hall, thinking about his humble begginings while the lords feast and laugh around him. He wonders if Isolda is still out there trying to regain her throne...
It wouldnt matter anymore... Joas has united the Rhodoks, Sarranids and Swadians under one banner, the same banner that his dying father gave him.
