Mods that still allow cultures of settlements to change?

TaleWorlds broke all the mods that change culture for settlements. I've been staring at the original settlement culture changer mod's crash logs for hours, to no avail. The hardest challenge in PoP isn't one of the unique spawns, fighting the Noldor, or even trying to solo Maltese's Dread Legion naked armed only with a torch

It's trying to hunt down enough Mystmountain spawns to destroy them. Two hours of riding over them with 100 CKO knights and I got them from "fading" to "crushed" but I haven't seen anything but their rejects in 20 minutes. The Jatu can have 3 armies on the map and still show as destroyed but apparently the Mystmountain tribes have invisible legions somewhere.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features.
