Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. How do I get quality lords in my kingdom?

I have a modest little 2 city, 3 castle kingdom. In previous attempts at rule I ended up with a bunch of ungrateful jerks for vassals. I'm hoping to get a nobler class of noble this time around. Unfortunately I only have random dudes showing up in my court asking to join (just like last time) and I don't know how to reliably determine which ones are ingrates and which will make good vassals.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
