Would you butterlords recommend "With Fire and Sword"? (further info inside)

Hi everyone, I'm a long time player of Warband and lover of anything historical. I just started to look deep into the period of the Deluge and modern Poland and that whole time frame, and I got curious about trying this dlc.

My main questions are:

  • How's this game storyline? Is it fantasy in a historical context (Viking Conquest)?

  • I read in reviews that the aiming mechanics are pretty bad, is this true?

  • Are there any mods or tweaks that exist for this dlc? Would you recommend any?

  • Did it teach you anything about those historical events?

  • Finally, did you enjoy it? Was it a fun experience? What are some things you did not enjoy?
