In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Found him outside Praven just waiting there, not sieging it or anything just camping outside it like a broken man. Talking to him had alot of red error text show up but I could still convince him to pledge himself to lady isolla of suno, and he went from king to count harlaus like that. Not sure if this is interesting to anyone or not but definitely strange to me.
Interesting finds about this occurrence:
Before becoming a vassal he was under the faction commoners.
When all vassals agree to give him a castle, lady isolla will always over rule them and give it to someone else
When asked who should receive a fief he will say "I support 89 denars per night"
When you tell lady isolla you support count harlaus for a fief she will call him a varlot
When you ask him about how he feels about Kings and lords and what not he responds with "{liege} did you wish to speak of anything else?"
When asked how he feels about lady isolla he basically says he's treated like shit (I forget what he says word for word, he won't tell me anymore because I try his patience)
Has anyone else experienced this? I'm only using diplomacy mod
