"Failed Load Order Operation" Error

Trainer Skill Absent from Party Skills List

The trainer skill for my party never shows up in the party skills list in the party screen. This has been true over the years across several installations, all mods and whether I'm the lead trainer or a companion is. If I have Lezalit with 4 trainer and me with 2 it should show a 4+1 trainer under his name, but it never does.

Is this a bug or intentional? I've searched for it before several times but no one else seems to have asked about it.
