And I love every improvement or changement so far. Well I am 1 hour into a new campaign but I liked th new stealth system and just looking at the encyclopedia relations seems a bit more complex. Loved also the new small things such as troops shouting down your orders. So far soon cool BUT There is one thing which really suck for me and that is the new light system. I really can't see shit in battles, unless with a sun shining at midday. Other than that impossible to fight in the shadows at dawn or even afternoon. And I can't tell if the ai is better or I simply suck. Please tell me there is a fix to this because battles are just becoming a frustrating nightmare... submitted by /u/Plopita [link] [comments]
And I am so up for it lol! I just picked this up and am giving it a try for the first time. I'm in love with the combat mechanics, having to take into account the direction of my attack, drop-off of ranged attacks, aiming being worse on horseback, I hadn't anticipated how realistic the physics would be (I went into it blind).
The only downside for me is having to tilt the camera to aim my attacks makes me motion sick after a bit, but I did find the melee lock-on command so I'm hoping that'll help.
Looking forward to diving into this one more! To be clear, I'm not being sarcastic, I'm genuinely into this :D
