Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. King of the clan didn't give me the town I conquered

Hi, I have 3 castles and 1 city to Me, which the king granted after I helped in defending or capturing it. After that There was a town that I raised an army and captured but the king gave it to someone else. I had offered the king the dragon banner few weeks ago. Same thing with a castle near by, I may have helped defending it like 3 times and also helped in capturing it twice. But the king gave it to some other chief. The one thing I think I did was wrong was I didn't allow to pillage tthe town or castle, thinking I will have trouble when prosperity and loyalty becomes low when I get the town. Due to this my relationship with my fellow clan members in my army went bad when I conquered. Does anyone know, what to do to get the town for myself in future? I am playing battanian

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
