So we all know that in Calradia it's almost harvest, all day everyday since the second your character sets foot in the land. This is of course impossible, unless... you know what? I'll come back to that later, right now I have other points to bring up. The next strange thing is that neither you nor the the lords ever die no matter how many battles they lose, this isn't the case for your soldiers though as we all know. Or is it? Calradia never seems to run out of man power, and you seem to see a lot of the same faces often...
I'd also like to mention the fact that the villages will always become re-inhabited no matter how prone to raids they are, and the elder is always the same. So what does this all mean? Calradia is actually purgatory, in which you and every other character is trapped. Now the Divine Comedy describes Purgatory as a place in between heaven and hell where people are perpetually waiting, waiting for their salvation that may never come. Just as the peasants in Calradia are waiting for their harvest which is always just a ways away, but that they'll never see. The lords wait for a time of peace when raiders no longer molest their shores and their infighting ceases, something which can never fully happen.
And you, the gallant adventurer? The rogue? The raider? The king? Who goes on to slay hundreds of never ending foes? Who spreads bread and butter with the lords of only the mightiest kingdoms? You have it worst of all, for you are waiting for the release of Bannerlord that may never come...
