I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Reading the wiki, for every 5 points of agility a character moves faster - the equivalent of +1 athletics.
My question is: is this independent from athletics or is there a cap? If I have 30 agility and 10 athletics, do I move like I had 16 athletics or only 10?
