Agility and Athletics

Reading the wiki, for every 5 points of agility a character moves faster - the equivalent of +1 athletics.

My question is: is this independent from athletics or is there a cap? If I have 30 agility and 10 athletics, do I move like I had 16 athletics or only 10?
