"Failed Load Order Operation" Error

Have you ever just have the perfect formation, but then half of your troops wander off instead of staying, thus getting themselves killed by the enemy cavalry and infantry.

Totally didn't happen to me and it totally didn't hurt me one little bit, seeing all the yellow and red text in the killfeed.
