Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Most Difficult Faction To Conquer (Native)?

For me, it's definitely the Rhodoks. They have some of the best infantry in the game (Rhodok Sergeants), and the best crossbowmen in the game, too, which makes sieges really tough!

Thoughts?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
