Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Pendor: How do I turn off this retarded auto-charge on death?

If I wanted my troops to charge when I died, I would press tilde and tell them to charge. When I have all of my troops in a perfect formation, I don't fucking want them to charge.

I don't understand why this even exists when I can do it very easily, or why I can't seem to be able to turn it off. Does anybody know of any way to disable this?

EDIT: forgot I rebound backspace to tilde
