Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. Is there a way to disable Nova Aetas trait system?

Basically what the title says. After being burnt out on every other game in my steam library, i decided to come back to old warband and try this mod out. After all, people say good things about it. I started the game as an 18yo freeman and after 10 mins of gameplay (most spent kiting my first looter gang) i got a trait. Yay. Bad supplier. Why? I dunno, 5 different meals and fresh water seemed more than luxurious for 2 vaegir recruits but the game thinks otherwise. Weird but eh, whatever, continue playing. 2 minutes after, i got a 'uge screen with a ton of text about how my head hurts and bam im now senile. At 18yo.

I just reloaded the game after that shit and continued. 2 minutes in and i got another equally bullshit and unprovoked trait after which i Alt-F4d and am not touching this mod again if theres no way to disable this retarded RNG system. If any of you good sires happen to know how to do that ill be very grateful.

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
