Did bannerlord get rid of procedurally generated battlefields

The battlefields are always the same in this game which makes the field battles a little repetitive.

I know in warband the battlefields could be weird sometimes, especially with the hilly portion of the map but it wasn’t repetitive.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
