Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. How do I increase relationships?

I'm relatively new to bannerlord: mount & blade 2 but I'm at clan tier 4 and am trying to get an empire settlement. I'm trying to get my own kingdom. I'm trying to get vassals and a lot of the people I'm trying to recruit are so negative (-10 to -30). How do I fix this? Should I just start a new character?
