i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. 1.8.0 Enemy AI Improvement

I think with the 1.8.0 patch enemy AI improved as well. In my last Vlandia vs Sturgia battle, Sturgian army, which mainly consists of foot soldiers, after the first skirmish retreated nearby hill, which broke the efficiency of Vlandian knights and cavalry. Before 1.8.0 I didn't see AI in similar behaviour, so I believe this is one of the good effects of the latest patch. Have you experienced something similar?
