Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. How do I get my spearmen to actually use their spears to protect my lesbian crossbow units from horses

I'm playing with controller because I find it easier although it makes a bunch of commands seemingly unusable and I'm wondering if there is some command to force the sturgian heavy spearmen to use their spears since it's essentially the only counter to a horse charge but they always use their swords instead and just get trampled and the veteran sword sisters get stabbed in the face.
