How do I get the other clans in the kingdom to pass a policy they don't want to?

Is there a way to get other clans to change their vote or abstain? Ive been trying to get forgiveness of debt for what seems like forever, and no matter what I try, only me and Caladog ever vote for it. Bit of guide for new player?

Hiyo. I just binged out on 50 hours of Kingdom Come Deliverance, and I keep seeing M&B being mentioned in the same sentence. I realized i have M&B Warband, but have tried it a few times and just get stuck with no direction.

few Qs for a new player if that's ok, I want to give this another whirl!

Are there critical mods I need? What are some goals I can set for myself of just things to do (I think I was trying to get my warband up in size, but that was never terribly interesting)? Any skill/build traps to avoid?
