Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Where is Arwa the Pearled One?

So I sided with her and took over the Sarranid Sultanate a while ago, but now I want to have my own faction but I can’t because I don’t know where she is, everyone tells me she is in Shariz but she isn’t. Should I keep waiting for her to spawn or is she bugged?
