How often have you guys seen the Aserai get encroached upon by Battanians without your involvement?

Where to begin... So the Battanians get into their fateful war with Vlaandians, but the western empire declared war upon their new Vlaandian neighbors. The western empire and the battanians pushed back the Vlaandians, but then the Aserai attacked the Western Empire. The Vlaandians made peace with the Battanians to focus their efforts on the western empire, and though the Battanians were doing well on their own, the Sturgians declared war on them. Battanians lose Flintolg castle but gain the Kranirog and Mazhadan castles, and then they claim Sturgia-owned Epicrotea during the Sturgian's battle against the Western Empire. The Khuzait declare war on the Sturgians and claim Tyal from them, so the Sturgians make peace with the Battanians to focus on the Khuzait. The western empire loses ground to both the Aserai and the Vlaandians, so they are forced to make peace with the Vlaandians. ZODIAC MF on Mount and Blade Warband

Hey guys, I was going through some of twitter personality Zodiac Motherfucker's yearly Top 10 games lists and saw his 2017 one had Warband on it. I thought you guys might enjoy his review. Link is here but I'll paste it here:

THIS IS SOME OLDASS RPG THAT ARRIVED ON XBOX LAST YEAR. IT COST ME $2.50 AND WHEN I FIRED IT UP I WONDERED WHERE THE FUCK ALL THAT MONEY WENT BECAUSE THIS GAME LOOKS LIKE DOG'S ASS. DOG'S. ASS. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. THERE'S A SCHOOL OF THOUGHT THAT SAYS GRAPHICS DON'T MATTER. THAT SCHOOL OF THOUGHT IS FOR DUMBASSES BECAUSE THE GRAPHICS HERE ARE JUNK IN THE BALLS SENSE OF THE WORD, AND IT'S A TRAVESTY THAT NO ENTERPRISING ASSHOLES STEPPED UP TO ADDRESS THAT UNFORTUNATE FACT BEFORE THE DAMNED THING GOT PORTED. THERE AIN'T ANYTHING COOL ABOUT PLAYING A GAME IN 2017 WITH CHARACTERS THAT LOOK LIKE THEY GOT BEAMED IN FROM HALF-LIFE. IT JUST DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY.

I'M GLAD I STUCK IT OUT THOUGH BECAUSE WHEN MY ACHING EYES GOT USED TO THE PRE-9/11 GRAPHICS I REALIZED THAT THIS WASN'T AN OPEN WORLD RPG SO MUCH AS A GAME ABOUT ASSEMBLING A LOW-RENT POSSE OF HOODS AND CUTTHROATS AND TERRORIZING A PHONY MEDIEVAL LANDSCAPE LIKE THE MOTHERFUCKING MOUNTAIN THAT RIDES. AND YOU KNOW WHAT? THAT APPEALS TO ME. STEAL CATTLE. DEMAND TRIBUTE. SLAUGHTER FARMERS. SLAUGHTER FARMERS WIVES. BUTCHER GARRISONS. BURN THE DAMNED VILLAGE DOWN. ARE YOU AT PEACE? START A WAR. ARE YOU AT WAR? START ANOTHER FUCKING WAR. SEE A CASTLE YOU WANT? MURDER EVERYONE INSIDE AND TAKE IT. SEE AN ARMY YOU OUTNUMBER 5 TO 1? FUCK EM ALL. TAKE PRISONERS AND SELL THOSE MOTHERFUCKERS INTO SLAVERY. THE WHOLE GAME IS ABOUT TRAVELING THE COUNTRYSIDE AND MAKING A HOMICIDAL NUISANCE OF YOURSELF AND THAT FRIENDS IS PRETTY MUCH ALL I ASK FOR OUT OF VIDEO GAMES. WELL THAT AND SOME GRAPHICS THAT DON'T MAKE ME WANNA CARVE MY FUCKING EYES OUT OF MY SKULL. I MEAN COME THE FUCK ON.

I hear ya, Zodiac. I too am looking for a Mount and Blade game without pre-9/11 graphics :(

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. How do I get into the major leagues?

How do I get out of being classified as a minor faction? I’m constantly at war, usually fighting two wars at once with my immediate neighbors, and I’m starting to suspect it’s because the game still considers me a minor faction. I’m nearly clan rank 6, with three vassals and basically a good chunk of the Sturgian lands, plus Epicoratoa, and now I’m starting to push into Battanian lands, so I have no idea how I’m still “minor”.
